Our community is the best kept secret on Prince Edward Island.

If you are a resident, you have much to be proud of. If you are a visitor, this is an experience you should not miss.

We have a balance of land uses and demographics. The Provincial Nitrate Commission shows that our area water resources are, without qualification, the best on the Island.

The Lot 11 and Area Municipality, incorporated in 1982, is located in Prince County in the province of Prince Edward Island, Canada. It includes the communities of Black Banks, Conway, East Bideford, Foxley River, Freeland, Murray Road and Poplar Grove. It is on the Gulf of Saint Lawrence seaboard with approximate coordinates: 46.66N°, 63.95W°.
